What is the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from or any authorized Blanc Space Retail Outlet. No questions asked.
The product must be returned to the original place of purchase and the purchaser must provide proof of purchase. The purchaser shall have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or receive a refund of the purchase price.

How does the warranty work?

For products covered by a limited 6 or 12 Month warranty, Blanc Space warrants the product against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased.

To make a warranty claim, Purchaser must have a registered account with the order linked to their account, and return the damaged product to us.

Blanc Space, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product of equal value. If we require return of the original product,

* Purchaser shall pay the shipping costs to ship the original product back to Blanc Space.
* Purchaser shall pay the shipping costs for the replacement product.

In the event that the return of the defective product is required, failure to return the original product within sixty (60) days will result in the Purchaser’s credit card being charged the full retail price of the replacement product.

How do I register my product?

If you purchased a product on while logged in to your account, your product is automatically registered. If you were not signed in to your account or purchased your product at a retail location, please create an account here, then contact us via our live chat with your account email address, and order number and we will link your previous order to your new account.

How do I make a claim?

If you discover a defect with your product, contact us with a description of the problem and a clear photo/video showing the defect.

We will assess your claim and if your claim is valid, a one time replacement for the same product will be arranged at no cost to you.
