Canceling Your Order:
- You Have 6 Hours: Cancel any order within 6 hours of placing it (as long as it hasn't shipped yet)
- How to Cancel: Use the order status page link in your confirmation email, or log into your account
- Super Quick Cancellation: If you cancel within 10 minutes, the payment might not even process - you'll just see the charge disappear within 24 hours
Making Changes:
- Need to Edit Something? The easiest way is to cancel your order and place a new one with the changes you want
- After 6 Hours: Once shipped or after 6 hours, we can't cancel orders - but our 60-day return policy has you covered
Spotted a Typo?
- Before It Ships: If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can either cancel and reorder, or contact us with the correct address
- Quick Action Needed: We can't guarantee changes before dispatch, so get in touch ASAP
- Already Shipped? Contact your courier directly - they might be able to redirect it

Worldwide Shipping: We ship to most countries globally with free shipping on qualifying orders.
A few countries have shipping restrictions, but we reach almost everywhere. Check our shipping page for specific country details and minimum spend requirements for free shipping.
All Made in the UK: Every case is crafted and shipped from our UK facilities.
No Extra Fees:
- UK, USA & Most EU: No customs or import fees - the price you see includes all taxes
Other Countries:
- Possible Import Fees: Some countries outside these regions may charge import duties collected by your local customs
- EU Exceptions: Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland may require import fees
Check with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges.
Not Currently: We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at the moment.
Alternative: Please use a residential or commercial delivery address instead.
