Navigating returns or exchanges for items bought as part of a bundle or a Buy X, Get Y (BxGy) discount can be a bit different. Here’s what you need to know:

Adjusting Discounts on Returns:

  • Changing the Deal: If you return an item from a BxGy deal, the special offer no longer applies. The items you keep will revert to their original prices, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example for Clarity:

  • Deal: Buy 2 Phone Cases at £25 each, Get a Free Screen Protector (usually £10).
  • Initial Total: £50 (Phone Case A: £25, Phone Case B: £25, Screen Protector: £0, discounted from £10).
  • Returning One Phone Case: The remaining items (Phone Case A and Screen Protector) revert to their regular prices, totaling £35. Your refund would be the original total (£50) minus the new total (£35), equating to £15.

Note on £0 Priced Items:

  • No Refund for Free Items: If you return an item that was priced at £0 in the BxGy deal, there's no refund as the remaining items go back to their original price.
