Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
Head to our returns portal, enter your order number and email address, select the items you'd like to return, and choose whether you'd like a refund or store credit. You can return any product within 60 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging — opened is fine, as long as it's still in new condition.
Personalised cases follow the same policy.
Once you've completed the portal, you'll be able to download your packing slip and shipping label. These are also emailed to you. Print the packing slip and include it inside your return package.
If you run into any issues with the portal, just get in touch and we'll sort it.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse, and take 1–3 working days after that to appear in your account.
We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, just return your current one through our returns portal for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for whatever you'd like instead.
If you need the new item quickly, you don't have to wait — place your new order whenever you're ready and your refund will be processed once your return arrives back with us.
If your order included a multi-buy promotion, all the items in that bundle are linked as one offer — so returns work a little differently.
To get a full refund, you need to return all items from the promotion — both the ones you paid for and any free ones. The discount was based on keeping the full bundle, so partial returns don't qualify for a refund.
For example: if you bought 2 cases under Buy 1, Get 1 Free and only return 1, no refund is issued — because you still have the case you paid for. Return both and you'll get a full refund.
If you return an item that was priced at £0 in the deal, there's no refund for that item — the remaining items revert to their original prices and your refund is adjusted accordingly.
60-day returns
Changed your mind? No worries. You can return any product within 60 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items just need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Can I return something I've opened?
Yes — as long as the item is still in new condition and hasn't been used, damaged, or marked in any way.
Do personalised cases count?
Yes. Personalised cases follow the same 60-day return policy as everything else.
Who pays for return shipping?
UK customers get a pre-paid Royal Mail label — £1.99 is deducted from the refund. Outside the UK, you'll need to arrange and pay for return postage yourself. We'd recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm it reaches us.
