If you wish to return your item(s), please click the button below to start a return within 60 days from receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions.
- Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
- Shipping or express shipping fees are non-refundable.

It is recommended that you use a registered / tracked shipping service when returning the package, as it remains your responsibility until it is received by our team.
We do not accept the return of any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle (Example : Buy 2, get 2 free) unless the bundle is returned complete.
If the complete bundle is returned, only items that were paid for on the order are considered when processing any refund. (We can't refund free items / items priced at £0)
On any bundle order, please note it will be the two cheapest items in the bundle that are free.
