  • Personalised Products can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

  • Shipping and express shipping fees are non-refundable.

As personalised products are made specifically for you, there is a 50% processing fee for all personalised items.

EXCHANGES

Personalised items can be exchanged for store credit.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering all costs associated with returning an item, including shipping fees.

It is recommended that you use a registered / tracked shipping service when returning the package, as it remains your responsibility until it is received by our team.

Items ordered on our Buy 2, get 2 free promotion can only be returned if the order is returned in full. This means all items on the order.

Returning part of the order will not qualify for any refund.
